155 Advances on epigenetic regulation of oxytocin receptor gene in autism spectrum disorder
PAN Lizhu, WANG Yu
DOI: 10.3969/j.issn.2095-4301.2020.03.001
Autism spectrum disorder (ASD) is a neurodevelopmental disease mainly characterized by social communication disorders, repetitive behaviors, and restricted interests. Although the causes of the disease are very complex and have not yet been identified, most of them are believed to be related to genetic and external environmental factors. In recent years, great progress has been made in the role of oxytocin in ASD, especially the epigenetic effect of the oxytocin receptor gene (OXTR) on ASD. This review will summarize the transcriptional control of OXTR promoter methylation in ASD, the role of OXTR methylation in behavioral phenotype, and the effect of early adverse experiences on the oxytocin system, in order to raise the awareness of the association between the OXTR methylation and ASD.

WANG Lin, WANG Jianhong, LI Xiaomeng, XU Qi, WANG Xi, SHI Xinmiao, KE Xiaoyan, JIA Feiyong, ZHANG Yiwen, LI Fei, HAO Yan, CHEN Li, LI Tingyu
DOI: 10.3969/j.issn.2095-4301.2020.03.002
Objective To investigate the psychological and emotional impact, as well as the coping mechanisms of medical staff and their children during the corona virus disease 2019 (COVID-19) epidemic, and to provide a theoretical basis for effective psychosocial support in the future. Methods An online survey was sent to medical staff and their families from February 22nd to 29th, 2020, aiming at understanding the psychological, emotional and social impact in their lives. A comparative analysis was conducted based on their responses. Results A total of 1 293 valid questionnaires were collected, of which 244 were male and 1 049 were female medical staff. Up to 353 (27.3%) participants had been psychologically affected by the epidemic, of which 329 (25.4%) suffered from depression and 187 (14.5%) from anxiety. The statistical differences of the psychological impact among medical staff, such as junior staff, front?line health workers, front?line management and support staff of disease prevention and control, and staff with underlying medical conditions, were statistically significant (P<0.05). A total of 502 valid questionnaires from the children of medical staff were collected, of which 279 were boys and 223 were girls. Up to 206 (41.0%) children had been affected by the epidemic. A higher incidence of behavioral, emotional and physical disorders was found in children of medical staff with depression and/or anxiety than without (P<0.01). Conclusion During the COVID-19 outbreak, there were psychosocial problems and risk factors for developing them in a higher considerable part of the medical health workers, especially in junior and frontline medical and management staff. Specific response strategies are required to meet the sociological and psychological needs of medical staff and to provide effective psychosocial supports for the children of medical staff.

WANG Liwei, WANG Ying, MA Yan, MING Xing
DOI: 10.3969/j.issn.2095-4301.2020.03.003
Objective To understand the real psychological experience of family members of children with fever hospitalized in Department of Pediatric Pulmonology, Xinhua Hospital, during corona virus disease 2019 (COVID-19) epedemic, and to provide reference for psychological intervention strategies and improvement of medical treatment process. Methods From January to February 2020, 12 family members of hospitalized children were selected by purposive sampling to conduct semi?structured in?depth interview. The interview data were analyzed by using Colaizzi 7-step analysis method, and the themes were summarized. Results After repeated reading and thinking, two categories and 8 themes were extracted.  The first category was negative psychological experience of family members of children before hospitalization, namely fear or anxiety about a possible COVID-19, fear nosocomial infection, feeling remorse and regret for the child's illness, and anxiety about access to medical care or follow-up. The second category was positive psychological experience after medical treatment, that is, to eliminate the fear of children infected with COVID-19, to alleviate the fear of nosocomial infection, to be grateful for the healthcare workers, and to cherish the present life. Conclusion Under COVID-19 epidemic, the negative emotions of family members before medical treatment were gradually alleviated or eliminated after medical treatment. Hospital managers should pay attention to the psychological pressures of family members, do a good job in epidemic prevention and control publicity and medical treatment process improvement, give care and support to children and their families, and enhance the treatment experience.

DOI: 10.3969/j.issn.2095-4301.2020.03.004
Objective To explore the influence of therapist-supported parents involved early intervention (TPEI) model on the joint attention of autistic children, and to provide effective measures for early intervention of joint attention in children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD).Methods Twenty-seven therapist-supported parents intervened in ASD children treatment. The joint attention ability of ASD children was evaluated and analyzed before intervention, and 1, 3, and 6 months after intervention. Results After parents' intervention, the total score of joint attention of ASD children was significantly improved (P<0.001). With the extension of intervention time, the seven dimensions of common attention (eye gaze, eye alternation, following close indication, following distant indication, showing, indicating, and following visual cue) were significantly improved (P<0.001). Among them, eye gaze had a significant effect after 1 month of intervention, and the other six dimensions were all effective after 3 months of intervention (P<0.001). Conclusion TPEI model can effectively improve the joint attention ability of ASD children in eye gaze, eye alternation, following instructions (short distance and long distance), showing, active indication, and following visual cue ability.

BAI Xiaoli, QI Shisan, JIANG Yongzhi
DOI: 10.3969/j.issn.2095-4301.2020.03.005
Objective To explore the relationship among narcissistic personality, selfie behavior, appearance evaluation, and self-objectification of college students. Methods A total of 270 college students were investigated with narcissism personality questionnaire, selfie behavior questionnaire, self-objectification scale, and appearance evaluation scale. Results Narcissistic personality was positively correlated with selfie behavior, appearance evaluation, and self-objectification. Selfie behavior and appearance evaluation were positively correlated with self-objectification. Narcissistic personality not only directly affected the level of self-objectification of college students, but also indirectly affected the level of self-objectification of college students through three paths: the independent mediating role of selfie behavior, the independent mediating role of appearance evaluation, and the chain mediating role of selfie behavior and appearance evaluation. Conclusion The relationship between narcissistic personality and college students' self-objectification level is influenced by the independent mediating role of selfie behavior and appearance evaluation, and the co-mediating role of selfie behavior and  appearance evaluation.

203 Advances of correlation between idiopathic scoliosis and joint hypermobility
XU Yichao, DU Qing
DOI: 10.3969/j.issn.2095-4301.2020.03.010
Idiopathic scoliosis (IS) often occurs in adolescence, leading to physical deformities and dysfunction, while its etiology is still unknown. We  reviewed previous studies on the correlation between IS and joint hypermobility, and found that joint hypermobility existed significantly in patients with IS. However, there is still a lack of further studies on the causal relationship between them, besides the impact of the severity. Further study on the potential relationship between IS and joint hypermobility will benefit the study on etiology, early prevention, and intervention of IS.

208 Parenting dilemma and coping strategies of patients with severe mental disorders
JIANG Meimei, FANG fang
DOI: 10.3969/j.issn.2095-4301.2020.03.011
The parenting dilemma of severe mental disorders patients is  more difficult than general population. The fertility rate is  lower as compared with general population. Moreover, the risk of several mental disorders, psychological and physical condition increased among their offsprings. For patients with severe mental disorders, they were given the meaning of life as well as the social and economic pressure as a parent. In European countries and America, some patients with mental health disorders will lose their custody of their children. However, there is no such related legislation at present in China. Interventions and supports focused on family maximally meet the need of parents and children.

213 Family relationship measurement from perspective of social network analysis
QU Yunpeng, ZHAO Guangping, CHEN Shunsen, WU Yanan, SHI Lei
DOI: 10.3969/j.issn.2095-4301.2020.03.012
Family relationships are important to an individual's physical and mental health and social stability. Traditional family relationship measurement focuses on the evaluation of individual attributes, and it is difficult to collect, quantify, and interpret data. The overall structure view focuses on the influence of the overall structural characteristics of family relationships on individuals. Social network analysis (SNA) technology helps us to quantify overall indicators such as intimacy, power levels, structural transmission, and structural balance, and realizes the unconscious measurement of the implicit structure of family relationships. This kind of quantitative indexes can combine the measurement of family relationship with mobile terminal technology, thus facilitating the simplification, standardization and remote operation.
