177 Review on children's perception research: implication, significance, and status quo
TIAN Liangchen, WU Chuanmin
DOI: 10.3969/j.issn.2095-4301.2017.04.001
The early experience of the individual is obtained through the interaction of the body and the environment. The enrichment and deepening of perception and experience contribute to the “cognitive foundation” and “initial meaning”of children's subsequent development. However, children live in an environment that is hostile to the senses and neglects the perceptual experience, and lack of perceptual experience leads to their physical and mental slow development. Associated with many psychological disorders, their healthy growth will be affected, which is the deep roots of influencing education quality and efficiency. On the basis of clarifying the connotation and value of children's perceptual experience, the paper reflects status quo of children's perceptual experience, in order to provide a reference for the education reform and the strengthening of children's perceptual education.

188 Bookreview of Mission and Future of Educational Neuroscience
ZHANG Jinfeng
DOI: 10.3969/j.issn.2095-4301.2017.04.002
Educational neuroscience, a trans-discipline of integrating education, psychology, cognitive neuroscience, and physiology, was born between the end of the 20th century and the beginning of the 21st century. The discipline is committed to create permanent connections interdisciplinarily, promote the effective transformation from theoretical research to educational practice activity, and open a new prospect of the innovative and developmental path for evidencebased education. In recent years, the development of educational neuroscience has been changing rapidly, the research network has been rapidly internationalized, and related professional books are in short supply. The Mission and Future of Educational Neuroscience is an interview documentary of 12 top experts in the field of international educational neuroscience. Based on the current frontiers of research progress, the book aims at providing the insight and guide for the future development of educational neuroscience.

192 Effects of Thera-Band progressive resistance training on lower limb function in children with developmental dysplasia of the hip
YANG Xiaoyan, DU Qing, ZHOU Xuan, MAO Lin, JIN Mengdie, YU Hong, SONG Yanping, SONG Yuanyuan, CHEN Meijia, NIU Yao
DOI: 10.3969/j.issn.2095-4301.2017.04.003
Objective To observe the effect of Thera-Band progressive resistance training on lower limb function in children with developmental dysplasia of the hip (DDH). Methods A total of 29 children who were 6 weeks after DDH operation from January 2014 to June 2015 were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The observation group of 14 cases (20 hips) accepted rehabilitation treatment including Thera-Band progressive resistance training. The control group of 15 cases (20 hips) received conventional rehabilitation therapy. For all children, hip flexion and extension muscles were evaluated by manual muscle test, and range of motion and root mean square (RMS) (values of rectus femoris, glute us maximus, and mesoglutaeus) by surface electromyography before and after treatment. Results There were no significant differences between the observation group and the control group in range of motion, muscle strength, and RMS (values of rectus femoris, gluteus maximus, and mesoglutaeus) before treatment (P>0.05). In both groups all children showed significant improvements in muscle strength and RMS values of rectus femoris, gluteus maximus, and mesoglutaeus 3 months after treatment (P<0.01). And there were no significant differences between the observation group and the control group in range of motion after treatment (P>0.05). After 1 month of treatment, hip flexion and extension muscles strength and knee extension muscle strength in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). After 3 months of treatment, hip extension and abduction muscles strength in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.01); hip flexion muscle and knee extension muscle strength in the observation group were higher than those in  the  control group (P<0.05). After 3 months of treatment, RMS values of both groups were significantly higher than those before treatment (P<0.01); RMS values of rectus femoris (P<0.05), and RMS values of gluteus maximus and mesoglutaeus (P<0.01) in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group. Conclusion Thera-Band progressive resistance training is helpful to improve the lower limb function in children with DDH.

198 Pediatricians' work environment questionnaire survey of general hospitals in Shanghai
ZHANG Jianhua, LIU Ying, WU Liangxia
DOI: 10.3969/j.issn.2095-4301.2017.04.004
Objective To put forward reasonable suggestions for clinical pediatricians' education and training through pediatricians' questionnaire survey in the general hospitals. Methods In view of the present pediatrician concern working environment, simple self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate and analyze pediatricians' work envirenment. Results A total of 123 pediatricians participated in the questionnaire investigation, in which 109  questionnaires were valid with an effective rate of 88.6%.  Satisfaction levels of medical social work environment, hospital medical hardware environment, level of supporting  pediatric development, and income status were characterized as  a  general situation. Satisfaction levels of pediatric department environment and  condition of junior doctors qualities and skills were given priority to satisfaction by participants. For pediatric discipline development trend forecast, maintaining the status quo and shrinking was the main point of view. For thoughts on pediatric jobs now, participants' main point of view was waiting for the opportunity to leave. The attention problems were medical environment (77.1%), source of pediatricians (73.4%), personal safety of pediatricians (67.9%), and job stress (68.8%). Conclusion Pediatricians worried about working environment. To improve the medical environment of pediatric adverse factors, provide necessary tilt policy, strengthen  popular science education about pediatric discipline knowledge, and strengthen  positive publicity were conducive to stability of pediatric team and pediatric discipline development.

203 Autism research in field of brain and cognitive science and its implications for educational policy
WANG Yapeng, SONG Xinze, QU Jiajia
Autism spectrum disorders (ASD) is a pervasive developmental disorder of childhood and has many clinical subtypes. Compared to typically developed children, ASD patients not only have abnormal behavior patterns, but also have different brain structures, functions and connection patterns between brain regions. Although the existing research on ASD has made great progress, the present research is not well integrated with educational practice and national policy. Therefore, regarding future research related to ASD, we should more focus on educational practice, integrate behavior research and brain science research results, and advocate the education model of interaction among state, community, school, and family.

210 Idiopathic scoliosis genetics research progress
NIU Yao, ZHOU Xuan, DU Qing
DOI: 10.3969/j.issn.2095-4301.2017.04.006
Idiopathic scoliosis (IS) is a three-dimensional deformity of the spine. IS is the most common type of scoliosis but its pathogenesis has not been clearly defined. IS occurs mainly in adolescents and has the potential for further progression, affecting physical and mental health of children and adolescents. In recent years, IS genetic research has generated considerable attention. In order to promote early diagnosis and accurate intervention of IS and spine health in children and adolescents, this paper reviews researches of IS genetic model, candidate genes, and candidate gene expression.

223 Status quo and progress of researches on parental reactivity to child behaviors
GAO Pingyuan, YAN Ni
DOI: 10.3969/j.issn.2095-4301.2017.04.008
How parents evaluate, interpret, and response to their children's behaviors (especially problem behaviors) plays an important role in the functioning of the child and the family. Investigators usually rely on parent's self-reported attribution, emotion and behavioral response to hypothetical vignettes to assess parental reactivity. These studies show that there are individual or group differences in parental reactivity to children misbehaviors and it is moderated by the type or the nature of child behaviors, the history of child problem behavior, and the age and gender of the child. These studies also demonstrate that parental special attribution style is associated with their affect and behavioral response preference. Future research in this area should be strengthened by domestic investigators focusing on understanding the mechanisms of how parents react to children's behaviors cognitively, emotionally, and behaviorally.
