PAN Xiuyu, LI Honghua, WANG Bing, JIA Feiyong
DOI: 10.3969/j.issn.2095-4301.2021.04.002
Objective To analyze the language development profile of children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). Methods A total of 194 children who were firstly diagnosed with ASD at Developmental and Behavioral Pediatrics, the First Hospital of Jilin University from January 2018 to January 2019 were recruited in this study. The autism behavioral checklist (ABC) and the childhood autism rating scale (CARS) were used to examine the symptom severity of ASD, and the Gesell development scale was used to assess the language development level. The correlation between the language area developmental quotient (DQ) points of the Gesell developmental scale and the total ABC and CARS scores of the ASD children and the relationship among the DQ points, gender, and age were analyzed. Results Prevalence of language developmental delay in the 194 children with ASD was 94%. The language area DQ points of the Gesell was negatively correlated with ABC total score and CARS total score (P<0.05). Children with ASD in different genders had no significant statistical difference in DQ points of the language area of Gesell (P>0.05). With the increase of age, DQ values in the language area of the Gesell tended to gradually decrease, however, there was no statistically significant difference in DQ values among different age groups (P>0.05).  Conclusion Children with ASD are commonly accompanied with language development delay, and the severity of ASD is negatively correlated with the level of language development. Children with ASD should be paid attention to language training when  social interaction intervention is carried out.

CHENG Jingyi, WANG Ke, YANG Ting, CHEN Jie, CHEN Li, DAI Ying, et al
DOI: 10.3969/j.issn.2095-4301.2021.04.003
Objective To investigate the family disease burden of children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) in China, and provide a scientific reference for decision makers to allocate public resources and organize public services for people with ASD. Methods A selfdeveloped questionnaire was used to investigate 1 538 families of children with ASD in 13 cities in northern, eastern, western, southern, and central China. The main content of the investigation was the economic  and psychological burden of the family. Results The median cost of medical treatment and rehabilitation for children with ASD in China was 60 000 yuan/year, of which 60 000 yuan/year in the north, 80 000 yuan/year in the east, 60 000 yuan/year in the west, 50 000 yuan/year in the south, and 60 000 yuan/year in the central area. There were significant differences among different regions (P<0.05). Among the families, 61.15% resigned because of ASD childcare issues,  43.90% moved to another place for rehabilitation, and 67.04% had family conflicts due to children's illness. Conclusion ASD has caused serious economic and psychological burdens to the family. To create a better social and family environment for the rehabilitation of ASD children, the assistance and medical insurance coverage should be further increased, and more professional rehabilitation training institutions should be constructed. At the same time, attention should be paid to the psychological burden of family members of children with ASD and reasonable interventions should be implemented for related risk factors.

ZHANG Yijing, XU Jian
DOI: 10.3969/j.issn.2095-4301.2021.04.004
Objective To investigate the establishment of young mice model of excessive learning and training and the effects  on cognitive development in young mice. Methods The 25-day-old C57BL/6 mice were randomly divided into four groups depending on  gender and whether they were excessively trained (female/male experimental and control groups). The animal model was established based on the classical Morris water maze. The effect of excessive learning and training on spatial memory was evaluated by the place navigation test and probe test. Then the novel object recognition and hematoxylin-eosin staining (H&E) were performed to investigate the impacts of excessive learning and training on recognition memory and hippocampal appearance of the young mice. Results Before the training, the swimming speed and the escape latencies of the four groups showed no significant differences (P>0.05). After excessive training, the female/male experimental mice's escape latencies significantly decreased compared to the counterpart controls (P<0.000 1 for both genders). In the probe test, the platform-crossing times of the male experimental group slightly decreased compared to those of the male control group while the platform-crossing times of female experimental mice slightly increased compared to those of the female control mice, and the differences were non-significant (P>0.05). In the novel object recognition test, the male experimental group spent less time on the new object (relative to the time spent on the old object) 1 h after excessive training compared to the male control group and the recognition memory impairment was observed 24 h after excessive training (P>0.05). The results of H&E suggested that, in the male experimental group, hippocampal neurons were poorly organized with a shrunken appearance, and more degeneration of neurons in hippocampal CA1 region was observed than that in the male control group. Conclusion Excessive learning and training during developmental stages may impair the cognitive functions and exploration ability, especially in the male mice. The hippocampal impairment may be one of the possible mechanisms underlying the cognitive impairment.

DOI: 10.3969/j.issn.2095-4301.2021.04.007
Objective To investigate the satisfaction of post-90s knowledge workers with enterprise incentives and explore the incentive factors that post-90s knowledge workers want enterprises to provide, so as to improve the fitting degree between employees and enterprises. Methods A self-made electronic questionnaire was used to investigate the post-90s knowledge workers in large enterprises such as Bank of China, Industrial and Commercial Bank of China, Suning Tesco, Samsung Electronics, Shanghai Sirui, Midea, and Peoples Insurance Company of China in Zhejiang, Beijing, Jiangsu, Heilongjiang, and Guangdong. The questionnaire involved employees' attitudes (satisfaction) and suggestions on enterprise incentives. A total of 455 valid questionnaires were collected. Results The scores of each item in the enterprise incentive satisfaction survey were 62%-75%, which was from pass to medium level. Among them, the satisfaction with the salary level of incentive factors was low (68%). Satisfaction with the prospect of the enterprise was the highest (75%). Employees of different genders and positions had different satisfaction with enterprise incentives. In the ranking of the most motivating factors, the top five were salary level, enterprise prospect, promotion system, equity incentive, and career planning. Conclusion The post-90s knowledge workers believe that salary is still the most important factor in motivating their own work, and they pay  more attention to the status of personal growth in corporate incentives. It is suggested that enterprises should implement diversified salary strategies based on resources, create a good working atmosphere, listen to employees' voices, give timely feedback, and promote the personal growth of post-90s knowledge workers.

DOI: 10.3969/j.issn.2095-4301.2021.04.013
Objective To investigate the correlation between bone strength and the scoliosis angle in female adolescent idiopathic scoliosis (AIS). Methods Newly diagnosed AIS female patients aged 10-17 in the Rehabilitation Department, Xinhua Hospital, Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine were selected from March 2018 to October 2019. General information such as age, height, weight, and age at menarche were collected. The severity of scoliosis (Cobb angle) and bone maturity (Risser sign) were evaluated by full spine X-ray; and bone strength [(speed of sound (SOS)] was detected by ultrasound bone strength meter. And linear regression was used to analyze the correlation between SOS value and Cobb angle. Results A total of 403 female patients, aged (13.19±1.75) years old, with a Cobb angle of 10°-59° were included in this study. The crude analysis showed there was no correlation between the SOS value and the Cobb angle(r=-0.092,P=0.065). After adjustment for age, height, weight and Risser sign, the SOS value was negatively correlated with the Cobb angle in female AIS patients (β=-1.705,P=0.010). Conclusion The Cobb angle of female AIS is  correlated with bone strength, and the bone strength is lower in patients with large Cobb angle.
