59 Early catching sight of high risk infants and toddlers with autism spectrum disorder
ZHOU Nianli, XU Luying
DOI: 10.3969/j.issn.2095-4301.2018.02.001
Impairments in social and communicative functioning and repetitive behaviors are typical features of autism spectrum disorder (ASD). Early catching sight of and intervention of high risk infants and toddlers with ASD can achieve efficient outcomes. Thus, familiarity with clinical assessment instruments, early symptoms, and development trajectories of infants and toddlers with ASD are essential. This paper reviews the current researches from two aspects, that is, clinical screening and basic research (including eye gazing, sensory processing, social smiling, imitation, and repetitive behaviors), to provide an empirical guide for issues and concerns related to early intervention of ASD in infants and toddlers.

ZHANG Lu,ZHANG Anyi,MA Jun
DOI: 10.3969/j.issn.2095-4301.2018.02.002
Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics of children with enuresis, and to help pediatricians accurately assess children's enuresis and find targeted interventions. Methods In Clinic of Enuresis of Shanghai Children's Medical Center, between June and August 2017, the questionnaires about clinical features of enuresis were fulfilled in 100 children suffering from enuresis, and statistical analysis was conducted. Results In the population of the survey, 70% children with enuresis had simple night enuresis, 64% suffered from sleep disorders like snoring and grinding teeth while sleeping, 58% had bad diet habit, 42% had hyperactivity, 34% had attention deficit, and 68% still did not wake up after bed-wetting. Tensing relationship with classmates used to occur in over 12-year-old children group with enuresis. The clinical features including enuresis in the immediate family, walking alone late, and grinding teeth occurred more in the 9-12 age group than other age groups. Conclusion The majority of children with enuresis have nocturnal enuresis, and there are clinical features such as picky eaters, anorexia, non-awakening, and grinding teeth. The older the child is, the more likely  enuresis leads to a variety of the tensions of social relationships.

70 Exploratory research on monitoring mode of child early growth and development by Internet
LI Jing, MA Jun, JIN Xingming
DOI: 10.3969/j.issn.2095-4301.2018.02.003
Objective To explore the Internet innovative mode on child growth and development from the physicians' need in communities and the parents' health belief. Methods For the study of physicians and eligible children in communities, the Internet growth monitoring tool, “cute baby software”, was used to perform children's growth monitoring and follow-up. According to the physicians' and parents' questionnaire investigations before and after the implementation of the project, the child growth monitoring Internet innovative mode was analyzed. Results After the “cute baby software” was used to monitor and follow up childrens growth and development, the attitudes of physicians and parents from the three aspects—the importance and faith for children's growth and development, the recognition of monitoring by Internet, and the satisfaction for children healthcare—were greatly improved. In addition, at the end of the project, the rate of praise
for the “cute baby software” was above 90%. Conclusion The online monitoring of child growth and development with the “cute baby software” meets the requirements of physicians to optimize the growth monitoring in their districts, which can improve the health belief of parents. It is beneficial to promotion of the transformation of the children healthcare system from passive to active in China.

76 Investigation on smoking among junior middle school students in Jiading District of Shanghai: status quo, cognition and influencing factors
ZHU Qianqian, SHI Lili, HUANG Hong
DOI: 10.3969/j.issn.2095-4301.2018.02.004
Objective To investigate the status quo of smoking in junior middle school students in Jiading District of Shanghai and its influential factors, so as to formulate targeted interventions. Methods The investigation of smoking among junior middle school students, grade first to grade third from 8 of 24 schools in Jiading District of Shanghai, was done by the online anonymous self-administered questionnaire using the stratified cluster random sampling method in October 2017. Results Junior middle school students trying smoking rate was 4.95% in Jiading District. It was lower than the adolescents trying smoking rate on the average in our country. The effects of sex, school, friends of the students and their family members living together whether there are smokers, sources of influence, self-awareness of tobacco use, and other factors on smoking behavior were statistically significant. Conclusion Adolescents trying smoking is affected by individuals, peers, families, schools, social environment and other factors in Jiading District of Shanghai. These should be the focus of measures to prevent junior high school students from becoming smokers.

LI Wei, ZHANG Jinsong
DOI: 10.3969/j.issn.2095-4301.2018.02.006
Attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) is one of the most prevalent neurodevelopmental behavior disorders of childhood that is characterized by the core symptoms of inattention, hyperactivity, and impulsivity with an early onset. Most children with ADHD have significant impairment of their executive functions, especially in preschoolers. The impairment of their executive functions can affect virtually various areas of a child's life, so it is very important to diagnose and interfere in early childhood. Non-pharmacological intervention is central to the management for preschoolers with ADHD. This paper reviews the research progress of interventional methods of improving executive functions of ADHD in preschool children.

101 Research advances of gangliosides in neural development
CHEN Fei, WU Meiqin, LIU Jianwen, YAN Chonghuai
DOI: 10.3969/j.issn.2095-4301.2018.02.009
Gangliosides(GA), containing salivated glycosphingolipids(GSLs), abundant in the nervous system, are major molecular determinants on the surfaces of nerve cells. It is not only involved in the development of the nervous system and higher nervous activities, such as learning and memory, but also highly responsible for some diseases caused by bacteria, viruses, autoimmunity and other factors. Combined with recent years of researches, this paper reviews the changes in ganglioside expression during neural development and the roles in maintaining normal life activities.
