Abstract Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics of children with enuresis, and to help pediatricians accurately assess children's enuresis and find targeted interventions. Methods In Clinic of Enuresis of Shanghai Children's Medical Center, between June and August 2017, the questionnaires about clinical features of enuresis were fulfilled in 100 children suffering from enuresis, and statistical analysis was conducted. Results In the population of the survey, 70% children with enuresis had simple night enuresis, 64% suffered from sleep disorders like snoring and grinding teeth while sleeping, 58% had bad diet habit, 42% had hyperactivity, 34% had attention deficit, and 68% still did not wake up after bed-wetting. Tensing relationship with classmates used to occur in over 12-year-old children group with enuresis. The clinical features including enuresis in the immediate family, walking alone late, and grinding teeth occurred more in the 9-12 age group than other age groups. Conclusion The majority of children with enuresis have nocturnal enuresis, and there are clinical features such as picky eaters, anorexia, non-awakening, and grinding teeth. The older the child is, the more likely enuresis leads to a variety of the tensions of social relationships.
