Abstract:Shortsightedness of children is closely related to unfavorable living styles. Therefore,the alteration of unfavorable living styles of children through behavior intervention is an effective way to prevent and control shortsightedness of children. The five-stage theory of behavioral change is a gruadual development process. The behavior intervention measures should be designed based on individual characteristics of children,and personalized help should be offered to promote the process of behavioral change towards healthy living styles.
