Abstract As a basic physiological regulation process, sleep is closely related to the internalization and externalization problems of adolescents. Paying attention to the relationship between sleep and adolescent internalization and externalization problems is of great significance for the improvement of sleep deprivation in adolescents and the intervention of adaptation problems. By sorting out the existing researches, this paper reviews the relationships between sleep and adolescent internalization and externalization problems, analyzes their mechanism based on the physiological-psychological-social model, and finally gives an outlook on the future research direction.
