Abstract Objective To provide comprehensive nursing for adolescents with attempted suicide, and construct a post-discharge service plan. Methods Comprehensive nursing was provided to two adolescents hospitalized after attempted suicide, which included safety nursing management, condition observation, prevention of complications, and personalized psychological care. A post-discharge service plan was constructed through literature search and expert argumentation. Results After surgery and comprehensive nursing, the condition of the two adolescents was stable and there were no serious complications. The psychological state significantly improved, showing positive and optimistic attitude. The post-discharge service plan included strengthening safety management, preventing complications, and personalized psychological support. Conclusion For adolescents who attempted suicide, comprehensive nursing during hospitalization can effectively reduce the risk of suicide, and a post-discharge service plan can help stabilize their emotions.
