儿童创伤后应激障碍研究进展

Abstract Children are in the crucial stage of physical and psychological development，and are susceptible to various psychological and behavioral problems and even mental disorder after trauma. Posttraumatic psychological stress may disturb the intelligence development and make a life-long impact on children. Therefore，the early diagnosis and intervention for posttraumatic stress disorder in children are of vital importance. The research progress of epidemiology，etiology，clinical manifestations，diagnosis and treatment of posttraumatic stress disorder in children is reviewed in this paper.
