Abstract The health of infants and young children includes the comprehensive development of physical，psychological and social adaptation ability. This paper emphasizes the importance of healthy personality of infants and young children，which consists of optimism and emotional stability，self-dependence of thinking and activity，good ability of social adaptation，and self-esteem and self-confidence. The neurological theory and method of early intervention in cultivation of healthy personality of infants and young children are introduced，and the outcomes of early comprehensive training for healthy personality of infants and young children are demonstrated. It is revealed that early intervention can effectively promote the development of healthy personality of infants and young children.
