Objective To explore the relationships among achievement goals, time management disposition, and professional commitment. Methods A total of 254 undergraduates in applied psychology were selected. Then, the scales of achievement goals, time management disposition, and professional commitment were conducted. Results ① There were significant gender differences and grade differences in professional commitment. In the specific dimensions of achievement goals, there were differences in grades. There were significant gender differences in the sense of time value. ② Time management disposition had a partial mediation effect on the relationship between the mastery approach goal and professional commitment. Time management disposition had a full mediation effect on the relationship between the performance approach goal and professional commitment. Conclusion Achievement goal can affect time management disposition so as to affect professional commitment.
