Abstract As a sensory organ，the immune system is a“mobile brain”to receive stimuli， and then triggers off the immune reaction. There is a common pathway to influence the organ for the immune system and the brain. Physical activities can affect the“mobile brain”function by ways of the nervous system，endocrine system and neuropeptide.
